Under UK law you have the right to cancel your oder and receive a full refund within 14 days of ordering your item for any reason and without a justification.
Once you've informed us, you then have another 14 days to return the goods. We will then endeavour to refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@buildyourfitness.co.uk. You'll need your receipt and order number for proof of purchase. We'll endeavour to reply within 48 hours with the necessary instructions.
To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returned items not in their original packaging may not be accepted unless deemed faulty by us or an equipment engineer.
Please do not send any items back to us until we have contacted you and provided the necessary instructions.
If you cancel your order prior to it being shipped you will receive the full refund - unless any shipping costs have been incurred.
If your goods have been delivered before you cancel your order, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We may be able to arrange the return shipping costs, but this will be deducted from your refund before it is issued.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
