The 2 separate 90kg weight stacks allow for independent and simultaneous training which helps keep your training versatile. As you get stronger you can increase the weight stack to ensure you get adequate resistance.
You can perform wide-grip, close-grip, underhand, overhand and many other positions to build strength and muscle mass.You can also hook up your resistance bands to the conveniently placed anchor point to perform favourite explosive exercises.
Easily adjust the height of the pulleys for various exercises. From cable crossovers, shoulder press to leg extensions the pulley positions allow for optimal workouts targeting upper body and lower body muscle groups.
