I purchased the bike a few weeks ago. Arrived smoothly and the communication with the customer service team was prompt and clear.
Building the bike was not much of a hassle. My advice would be to take all parts out of the neatly packed box. The required tools can be found inside the packaging.
I’m still working out all modes and what it can do so that’s exciting. My teenage boys love riding it before school too so extra bonus points for the cool look.

Very convenient! comfortable seat, which is adjustable according to the height of a person, good load regulation according to the choice of speed! There is a board which has 20 options where I see the number of calories burned, heart rate, riding time and length! etc. The whole family can get involved! Very pleased!!! Thank you!!!
